At The Xen Suites, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or modify your reservation. In such cases, we offer a refund policy that is designed to be fair and flexible for our guests.

If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, we kindly ask that you provide us with a notice period of at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time. Failure to do so may result in a penalty or forfeiture of your deposit.

If you cancel your reservation within the notice period, we will refund your deposit in full. However, if you cancel outside of the notice period, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee or retain your deposit as compensation for any losses incurred.

In the event of an early or no-show departure, we reserve the right to charge you the full amount of your reservation to compensate for any loss.
